Students = $800

Full Time students are subsidized/sponsored by the IEEE-CSC. E-mail from supervisor is required to verify status.

Students are subsidized by IEEE-CSC. Students are encouraged, but not required to share rooms. Students should indicate rooming preference as part of comments section in the registration form. If student sponsorship funds are unused, a student travel stipend may be issued. A student talk/poster session is also being planned as part of the technical program. Requests for a student presentation should be sent to chairman.

Cost includes lodging, meals & meeting cost.

After August 12, space is not guaranteed, cost is TBD, and will be negotiated with venue based on availability.

Workshop registration includes four nights of lodging (10/20 through 10/23). Rooms have one or two beds, full bathroom, television, telephone, and are non-smoking. Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out time is prior to 11:00 AM.

The 21^st U.S. Workshop on Superconductor Electronics, Devices, Circuits, and Systems will be held at Skytop Lodge in Skytop, PA from October 20 through 24, 2019. The workshop will open with a reception and dinner Sunday evening, October 20, and end with lunch on Thursday, October 24.

Speakers -- Please note that the aspect ratio is 4:3 for your presentation slides.

Skytop Attractions -- Nestled against Skytop’s award-winning golf course, the Skytop Lodge offers extraordinary views in all directions. You’ll find a casually refined atmosphere and your own private oasis.

Weather -- In October, Skytop highs are typically in the mid 60’s with lows in the mid-40's. Appropriate clothing is advised. The fall colors will be at their PEAK during this time.

Directions and Travel -- The Skytop Lodge is located in the Pococono Mountains, with sweeping views of Natural and man made lakes and waterfalls. GPS coordinates are: N41° 13’ 39.9” W75° 13’ 58.9”. We have had requests for rideshare to Skytop, due to its remote location. You will not require a car, while at Skytop, as everything is on-site. If you wish to rideshare to Skytop (please fill out form. Responses will be viewable by all who have this link, so keep privacy in mind). With most people leaving Thursday, rides back to airport can be arranged on-site.

Major Airports close to Sktyop include Newark Airport (EWR) 90 miles away and Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) about 120 miles away. Smaller airports close by are New York Stewart Airport (SWF) about 80 miles away and Lehigh Valley Airport (ABE) about 50 miles away and Willes-Barre / Scranton Airport (AVP) about 45 miles away.
